Find Your Strength

Let's get real. Life is hard.

For many, it's harder than it's ever been. We live in a culture that promotes perfectionism, individualism, and demands constant productivity. We face microaggressions and sometimes trauma based on our marginalized identities. Climate change hangs over us as we navigate the impact of living under growing authoritarianism.

Who doesn't need therapy right now???

It’s time to get help.

Areas of Focus

  • Anxiety and Depression

Life transitions, work problems, fighting or distance with your partner, dealing with the world of dating apps, and even just living in a culture that devalues aspects of your identity can all contribute to anxiety and depression.

  • Racial Trauma and Political Stress

Feelings of guilt, shame, rage, confusion, anxiety, and despair are all normal, human responses to racism. Living under growing authoritarianism can cause fear, anger, hopelessness, and a constant feeling of being on edge.

  • Relationships

Relationships are hard work and no one is immune to their challenges. Trying to navigate differences as people who share their lives together can naturally lead to difficult conflicts and hard feelings.
